When you place an order and pay, you are offering to buy the products you selected. A contract forms only once LIGHTAKSI ACADEMY SDN. BHD. (202601039553 / 1701648-H) confirms your order.

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.

Licence

Digital products are licensed to you, not sold. Unless the product page says otherwise:

• Each purchase is a single-user licence: it is for your own learning and use only.
• Do not share, resell or redistribute course videos, login access or downloadable files, in whole or in part, or upload them to any marketplace or file-sharing site.
• Presets, LUTs and templates may be used in your own photo and video work, including client work.
• Ownership and copyright stay with LIGHTAKSI ACADEMY SDN. BHD. or its licensors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia, LIGHTAKSI ACADEMY SDN. BHD. (202601039553 / 1701648-H)'s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
