This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Information We Collect

When you place an order or make an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the products you order and any note you add. We do not ask for a street address because nothing is posted: your purchase is sent to your email address. Payment is made on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Axaipay, so we never see or store your card or bank details.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to process and fulfil your order, and to answer your enquiries. LIGHTAKSI ACADEMY SDN. BHD. (202601039553 / 1701648-H) does not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Who We Share It With

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• our payment provider, Axaipay, which processes your payment
• IT, email and hosting providers that keep this website and our email running
• government bodies or regulators, where the law requires it

Data Security

We hold your information on access-controlled systems and limit it to the people who need it to fulfil your order. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Local Storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser using local storage — it never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Data Retention

We retain order-related information only as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal obligations under the laws of Malaysia.

Your Rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lightaksi.academy@outlook.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
